Glide Tech Ltd (以下簡稱「本公司」) 透過 TADO 網站 (以下簡稱「本網站」)向閣下提供內容及服務。根據下列條款,透過進入或於本網站購買產品時,閣下確認已閱讀、明白及同意受此等條款所約束,並將由本公司決定,不時更改此條款內容。
 
ONLINE SHOP

網店圖片及資訊僅供參考,因拍攝燈光及不同顯示器色差等問題可能造成商品圖片與實物有色差,商品以實物為準。

PURCHASES

當閣下作出訂購時,產品價格以訂購當日所示為準。

本網站所有產品價格用HKD計算。

系統會向閣下登記所用之電郵地址發送電郵以確認我們已收到閣下的訂單。該電郵並不等於就訂購之產品項目作出送貨時間承諾。

我們保留權利可全權酌情就任何理由不接納或取消訂單,包括但不限於:
閣下所訂購的產品並無足夠的存貨;未能就閣下的地區安排送貨;或
閣下所訂購的一件或多件產品所標示的價格因人為或電腦錯誤或供應商所提供的定價資料錯誤而出錯。

PAYMENT

當閣下完成訂購資料確認後,付款程序將於網上付款平台Shopify / Payme / FPS作處理,本公司將不會於此程序上記錄閣下的信用卡和電話號碼資料。

本公司保留權利於任何時間更改網上購物的付款方式而不作另行通知。

在本網站上展示的產品及價格僅供參考,以實際交易時的更改或變更為準。

DELIVERY

我們向超過特定金額之訂單享有免費送貨服務,一般於接納訂單的5-7個工作天內透過順豐速運配送到閣下在訂單上提供的送貨地址。

訂單金額低於HK$400,可選擇:
1. 順豐快遞 -

如我們的產品供應受到超出我們的控制範圍以外的事件影響而有所延誤,我們將盡快聯絡閣下,以讓閣下知悉該等情況,而我們亦將採取步驟,以將延誤的影響降至最低,及後我們將不會對該等事件所導致的一切延誤負上法律責任,惟如有重大延誤的風險,閣下可聯絡我們以終止合約,並就閣下已付款惟尚未收取的任何產品獲得退款。

所有訂單收件時必需簽署確認。如閣下未能簽收包裹,順豐速運將留下聯絡資料供閣下再作安排。如閣下對包裹配送有任何疑問,請聯絡順豐速運。為了保障閣下訂單之安全和不受破壞,除非閣下親自向順豐速運提出要求,否則順豐速運不能將閣下的訂單「隱藏」於送貨地址。

在未能成功送貨給閣下的情況下,如閣下未有重新安排送貨或從順豐站提取產品,我們或順豐速運將就下一步指引與閣下聯絡,並有可能向閣下收取存放或任何其後之配送費用。

除非閣下在訂購過程中另作通知,否則我們將會將閣下購買之產品配送到閣下在訂單中提供的地址。我們將採取一切合理方法將產品小心送到提供之地址。惟我們不會為因閣下提供之錯誤資料所造成的無法派遞或派遞錯誤負上任何責任。

REFUNDS & RETURNS

如閣下於收貨後發現產品出現以下情況,可向我們要求退貨及更換產品。惟所有退貨或更換要求必須在收貨後3日內進行:

1. 產品已損壞 /包裝不完整
2. 懷疑出現品質問題
3. 遺漏或錯誤送遞產品

閣下必須就上述要求提供證明以供核實:
1. 出示有效證據證明有問題之產品於 TADO 購買;
2. 及把有問題之產品的影像拍攝並透過 Email 發送給我們作為證據。

所有上述要求一經核實,我們會於7日內就相同產品安排退貨及更換。如果該產品沒有存貨,我們可從閣下的付款閘口中退回該產品的金額。

若因退款或退貨引起任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。

所有貨品包裝一經開封,非品質原因不予退貨。

因個人原因造成的商品損壞:如自行修改及保管不當、商品的正常磨損,不予退貨。

附贈品之商品、組合銷售商品、禮包、套裝中的商品不可以部分退貨。

未經授權的維修、誤用、疏忽、濫用、事故、改動、不正確的安裝所造成的商品品質問題,或撕毀、塗改標貼、防偽標記等不予退換。

GIFT CARDS

TADO 禮品卡 (Gift Cards) 可於網上購物作多次消費使用

如查詢 TADO 禮品卡餘額及到期日,請Email至hello@glide.hk

此卡不可兌換現金。如需退貨,以禮品卡支付的款項將退回付款時所使用的禮品卡內。

此卡如有遺失、被盜或未經持卡人授權的使用,宜家家居概不負責。

TADO 保留解釋及修訂有關使用條款及細則之權利,如有任何爭議,宜家家居保留最終決定權,並以英文版本為準。

閣下同意不會:

使用本網站作任何不法用途或任何適用法律或條款、條件及通知所禁止的用途。閣下進一步同意不會侵犯、闖入、使用我們的任何伺服器或任何資料庫;

刊登或傳送任何不法、詐騙、誹謗、淫褻、色情、威嚇性、粗言穢語、攻擊性的內容或因而構成或唆使的違法行為,引發的民事訴訟責任,或違反任何本地、國家、國際或別國法例,侵犯任何知識產權、所有權權利、或違反他人的權利或保密責任;

刊登或傳送任何廣告或連鎖信件等行為;

以任何方式刊登、傳送、複製或利用經本網站獲取的任何內容作商業用途;

在沒有我們書面的許可下,以任何方式轉載、刊登、傳送、複製或分發此網站本身的任何元件,或經本網站獲取任何有版權保障之內容;

傳送、附載任何含有電腦病毒或其他有害或損毀性的程式,透過本網站干擾、毀壞或規限任何電腦之軟件、硬件或電訊設備的運作;

轉載、傳送任何受知識產權法例或任何其他適用法律所保障的內容;

作出任何侵擾他人的行為。

Glide Tech Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides content and services to you through the TADO website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). ONLINE SHOP 

The pictures and information in the online store are for reference only. Due to problems such as the shooting lights and the color difference of different displays, there may be color differences between the product pictures and the actual product. The product is subject to the actual product.

PURCHASES

When you place an order, the price of the product is as shown on the day of order.

All product prices on this website are calculated in HKD.

The system will send an email to your registered email address to confirm that we have received your order. The email does not mean that a delivery time commitment is made for the ordered product items.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

The product you ordered does not have enough stock; failed to arrange delivery for your region; or

The price of one or more products ordered by you is incorrect due to human or computer errors or errors in the pricing information provided by the supplier.

PAYMENT

After you completed the confirmation of the order information, the payment process will be processed on the online payment platform Shopify / Payme / FPS. The company will not record your credit card and phone number information on this process.

The company reserves the right to change the payment method for online shopping at any time without prior notice.

The products and prices displayed on this website are for reference only and are subject to changes or changes in actual transactions.

DELIVERY

We offer free delivery service for orders exceeding a certain amount. Generally, within 5-7 working days of accepting the order, it will be delivered by SF Express to the delivery address you provided on the order.

If the order amount is less than HK$400, you can choose:

  1. SF Express-postage payable or;

If the supply of our products is delayed due to events beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the situation, and we will also take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. In the future, we will not be liable for all delays caused by these events, but if there is a risk of major delays, you can contact us to terminate the contract and get a refund for any products that you have paid but have not yet received.

All orders must be signed and confirmed upon receipt. If you fail to sign for the package, SF Express will leave contact information for you to make further arrangements. If you have any questions about parcel delivery, please contact SF Express. To protect the safety and protection of your order, unless you personally make a request to SF Express, SF Express cannot "hide" your order in the delivery address.

In the case of unsuccessful delivery to you, if you do not reschedule the delivery or pick up the product from the SF station, we or SF Express will contact you for the next step and may charge you for storage or any Subsequent delivery costs.

Unless you notify otherwise during the ordering process, we will deliver your purchased products to the address you provided in the order. We will take all reasonable methods to carefully deliver the products to the address provided. However, we will not be responsible for any undeliverable or delivery errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.

REFUNDS & RETURNS 

If you find that the product has the following conditions after receiving the goods, you can ask us to return and replace the product. However, all return or replacement requests must be made within 3 days after receipt:

  1. The product is damaged / the packaging is incomplete
  2. Suspected of quality problems
  3. Missing or wrong delivery of products

You must provide proof for verification of the above requirements:

  1. Present valid evidence to prove that the product in question was purchased at TADO;
  2. And take the image of the product in question and send it to us via Email as evidence.

Once all the above requirements are verified, we will arrange the return and replacement of the same product within 7 days. If the product is not in stock, we can refund the amount of the product from your payment gate.

If any dispute arises due to refunds or returns, the company reserves the right to make the final decision.

Once the packaging of all goods is opened, no return is allowed for non-quality reasons.

Product damage caused by personal reasons: such as self-modification and improper storage, normal wear and tear of the product, it will not be returned.

Products with gifts, combined sales products, gift packs, and packages cannot be partly returned.

Product quality problems caused by unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, incorrect installation, or tearing, alteration of labels, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc. will not be returned or exchanged.

GIFT CARDS 

TADO Gift Cards (Gift Cards) can be used for multiple purchases in online shopping.

This card cannot be exchanged for cash. If you need to return the goods, the money paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card used at the time of payment.

If this card is lost, stolen or used without the cardholder’s authorization, IKEA will not be responsible.

TADO reserves the right to interpret and revise the terms and conditions of use. In case of any disputes, IKEA reserves the right to make the final decision, and the English version shall prevail.

GUARANTEE

You agree that you will not:

Use this website for any illegal purpose or any purpose prohibited by applicable laws or terms, conditions and notices. You further agree that you will not infringe, break into, or use any of our servers or any database;

Publish or transmit any illegal, deceptive, slanderous, obscene, pornographic, threatening, foul language, offensive content, or any illegal act that constitutes or instigates the result, the civil litigation liability, or the violation of any local, national, international or The laws of other countries infringe any intellectual property rights, ownership rights, or violate the rights of others or confidentiality obligations;

Publish or transmit any advertisements or chain letters, etc.;

Publish, transmit, copy or use any content obtained through this website for commercial purposes in any way;

Without our written permission, reprint, publish, transmit, copy or distribute any component of this website itself in any way, or obtain any copyright-protected content through this website;

Transmit or attach any computer virus or other harmful or destructive programs to interfere with, destroy or restrict the operation of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment through this website;
